چکیده
The development of new rice varieties is highly dependent on genetic diversity in desirable agronomic traits. Therefore, this study aimed to identify potential genotypes having the characters Korean (Tongil-type) and japonica developed through doubled haploid (DH) technology apply our breeding materials. 35 elite DH lines derived from another culture African along with two local checks were planted a randomized complete block design three replications during seasons 2019 2020. All evaluated exhibited wide significant variation ten measured highest heritability related high advance was recorded for number tiller/plant, grain yield t/ha, filled per panicle, thousand weights (g). Genotypic coefficient 1000 weight t/ha both seasons. Moreover, there positive correlation panicle (0.65), tiller/plant (0.64) m2 (0.54). Cluster analysis based components trait grouped 37 into four clusters. B largest consisted 13 genotypes. Finally, it could be concluded that, productive tillers, grain/panicle, m2, yield, KF170506, KF170509, KF170542, KF170530, KF170543, KF170500 KF170510 further selection type irrigated rice. In addition, hybridization these 7 high-yielding used achieve higher heterosis among Furthermore, evaluation useful developing reliable indices improving programs.

Genetic variability analysis for various yield attributing traits in rice genotypes
An experiment was conducted using a randomized complete block design to estimate genetic variability of ten rice genotypes. Analysis of variance for yield and yield contributing traits showed significant (p<0.01) variation among the genotypes. Results of genetic analyses showed a higher phenotypic coefficient of variation compared to their corresponding genotypic coefficient of variation for al...
متن کاملGenetic diversity analysis of rice germplasm lines for yield attributing traits
Genetic divergence is an efficient tool for the selection of parents used in hybridization programme. In the present study, fifty three rice genotypes consisting of high yielding rice varieties/ cultures and IRRI germplasm lines were raised at Rice Research Station, Tirur during Sornavari, 2009 to identify diverse genotypes. They were evaluated for eight yield and yield attributing characters u...

The present research aims to study the association and allelic diversity of linked microsatellite markers to grain quality QTLs of 84 exotic rice genotypes. To this end, 9 microsatellite markers (RM540, RM539, RM587, RM527, RM216, RM467, RM3188, RM246, RM5461) were used in which a total of 61 alleles were identified with a mean of 6 alleles per locus. The polymorphism information content (PIC) ...

A 3- years (2015, 2016 and 2017) field study was carried out at National Wheat Research Program, Bhirahawa, Rupandehi, Nepal to evaluate the influence of crop residues and nitrogen levels on rice. The experiment was conducted in split plot design with three replications. Main plots were two crop residue levels (with crop residues of 30 cm wheat stubble and without crop residues) and sub plots c...
